I think we can all agree that the last true buying opportunity will come when the fins are released. as most of us know what to expect, and those that don't might bail.

We also know with the advent of preferred series share structure now in place that the common share holder is not as important as they once were. Hence the delay in reporting which you can get away with in OTC land.

Once they we up list the rules will change. If you recall prior to the change in structure these guys were never late. They were actually one of the few companies on the OTC that played reporting game like they were on the Big Board.

Unless your plan is to really load hard on what is perceived as the last chance to get in while were still sub penny. This base were building is great.

I think they are waiting to couple some Huge News with the Fins to launch this thing into the stratosphere.
