SGYP - the only explanation provided for the CFO resignation was "personal reasons".
The market certainly doesn't like it. Maybe they know something. For a CFO with a good background to resign certainly looks bad.
The sooner they can announce some positive news the better.
Perhaps they could hire another CFO with credentials or provide some clarification on the resignation.
