There are many questions that may need to be addressed.If Hitech-One takes full ownership and control of SSTY,everything rests on how it is structured.I wonder since TPID/TPDI allowed SSTY to have rights to the US market,is it still in effect,legally binding??Does anyone even care to pursue the use of TPID's technology???How about since SSTY/TPID never fulfilled their contractual obligation to GSFC,does this nullify the rights/use of GSFC tracking by TPID(or current owner if any)including China??This is assuming I understand how this whole mess developed after Global Staff went bankrupt,that was the subsidiary of GSFC.

I must not forget that I own shares in GSFC too,if that means anything since it is nothing more than a ghost of the past.
