as mentioned the notes are still an issue here as well as the pot sector is no longer trending. This ticker failed in the recent sector boom and in this space the space its the growing side where you want to be. This company has huge competition in the consulting side. Don't expect much here in near future. The next sector move in a few months maybe. Watch for pull back to low 00 again.
