Don't worry it would happen soon. They would do the proper financials and filings when they are ready to do so. Tell me one company in States do business with out borrowing money. Even the multi nationals do, so that the interest paid are tax deductible and this they do to their advantage. You are going to waste your time and energy trying to bring the price down which you are not going be successful. When the company comes out with solid news regarding all that is being done and hoping to achieve in the near future this stock is going be trading between .05 to .10 cents very quickly. I think you are going to miss the golden opportunity to make good money. Please try and buy some now to make good money in the next couple of months. Stop convincing others with your opinion, its not going to work too long.
