OBE I totally agree with this statement. My impression that the 8K shows a company trying to set their ducks-in-a-row as they ready themselves for things to come, is on-point. The rest of you are planning to "Throw the baby out with..." PERIOD! No in reality they sold their shares and they want more cheap ones.
