That's the thing, with the audited 8K/A, the 10K is irrelevant when it comes to financial numbers.



I tend to agree with this.... The recent 8-K/A shows AUDITED numbers for ProStar for 2015 & 2015 so really the bulk of the company fins for 2015 is known there.

However the 10-K will be adding HydroPhi's AUDITED numbers which we all know will not be so good as the product was not selling.

So in summary the 10-K probably won't be as golden as some may be wanting.

I look forward with three things from the 10-K:

1) What is our current debt with any convertibles.
2) What exactly is our current assets now that ProStar and HydroPhi are combined.
3) Any other details about the company's structure due to the recent ProStar acquisition.

I think the real excitement begins when this year's first 10-Q filing comes out. That will then be HUGE!!!

I have over 20m shares and I'm going nowhere for the time being.

Lastly, once the 10-K is filed the 'Yield' sign should be going away.
