So why do this unless you are trying to cover you ass in case some regulator checks things out. This looks like a forward looking statement where anything can be true, but may not be so. Only the financials will give us an idea of the real truth and they are now 13 days late and no where to be found yet. Now reason would have you believe, if they sold the diamonds, they would have the money to pay for audited financials. Gee, maybe they should hire BDO?
