Unless a company has less than 2.5M or 10M shares that "large block" holder will never be revealed, within the required 2 days or ever. If identifying those holders is something that you find critical you will continue to be disappointed.
On the other hand the holdings and transactions of officers and directors, when made on a timely basis, might be valuable considerations to add to your tea leaves.
