I figured QMC would have a press release of some sort to offset Nanoco announcing that they will be receiving their first royalty fee for Dow's Q1 quantum dots sales. For the life of me though, I never imagined that it would be that the Squires had once again delayed the reporting of their insider trading. WTH?!

No, I am not going to be one of the 200 shareholders to bombard Clay and Craig with phone calls. When someone gets an explanation on why this wasn't an effort to deceive shareholders, please let us all know.
