Announcing an acquisition is one thing, closing the transaction and owning the company is another. I am very surprised w the language in that article. They might have joined forces to bundle the products for this fair but I would be cautious on the acquisition news YET. I think L3 is a great candidate to buy Implant out but they would never put an acquisition news like this out before announcing the transaction.
