Fluff is relative...

They aren't even finished turning around and they already want to buy/invest again.

A simple symbol change PR and investors AGAIN are served the above. It's redundant. I want to see if operational costs keep rising (and why) and I would like to see some guidance.

There are positives, you stated them but the market disregards them. Why?

Currently AAGH might be a flipper but not an investment, but when it does buyerts might have to pay a higher price. Time (3 weeks) will tell.
