This rights offering is very interesting.. it is in the form of a dividend.. It gives the average Joe, myself, the opportunity to participate.. Two, you can convert warrants into common, which is non dilutive.. Three, if one wants to participate, you need to own shares of CryoPort.. The puzzlement, why raise now? The company just took in 2.5 million, non dilutive, and additional estimation of perhaps, 3/4 million in the bank, gives you somewhere around 5 million...
