If you mean International Vapor Group (IVG) - then no they're not, however VPCO briefly had a merger deal on the table before IVG backed out, likely due to all the shenanigans of this company. They went as far as changing their retail name from Vapor Zone to VaporFi to distance themselves from this shady group. Btw, they're doing amazingly well and growing by leaps and bounds, while VPCO is suffering a slow death.
