PBk - I thought the rapid run up in DRYS might have been due to the loan issues being resolved. That doesn't seem to be the case at least at the moment. The reason may have something to due with the lawsuit filed by Paragon Shipping against Tradewinds: http://seekingalpha.com/news/3177184-paragon-shipping-skyrockets-sues-tradewinds-defamation?source=email_rt_mc_readmore&uprof=45&dr=1#email_link
