Alan, Thanks for reposting. I agree that Mark's response to your question about not anticipating the market's response to the R/S shows an incredible lack of business acumen. Did you or anyone else ask about why the board wants to issue additional shares? Considering Mark's comment at the recent company presentation that they have sufficient funds on hand to get through the calendar year, and considering that they don't have large pending orders that might require immediate purchase of additional materials or additional staff hiring to fulfill such orders, they have given shareholders NO reason for dilution that will severely damage our equity and put additional downward pressure on the stock price.
