I think criticism is well deserved. True that FDA does not like Elite any more than X firm and they definitely do not have a plant in Elite's facility as once suggested. He does not control the FDA, thanks be. He could get off his behind and get the 10 ANDAs manufacturing site submitted for approval and launched as soon as the presumptive 30 days approval passes but no he is there mumbling to himself that he does not like generics, that generics are bread crumbs, so he is willingly forced to issue more and more shares. No it isn't the MMs playing games, it is that the public transport of shares is in place and that is why it does not appear that even savvy hype prone longs are buying. Lots of bs in place otherwise. Remember, hype does not work anymore.
