The APS disclaimer reaches new lows. Fictitious characters. Nuts !

That's actually borrowed from StockTips. StockTips has its own fictitious character called "Mike Statler". He narrates videos, as Finest's "Keith Ritchie" sometimes does. "Statler" is an actor StockTips pays to do the voiceovers; they disclose that in their disclaimer.

So Finest has taken what they evidently believe to be the "best" features from APS and StockTips.
