There is 1.1 BILLION shares between the LAST KNOWN float and the a/s count. Where are you getting this "no dilution" from? Just because 1 sec sanctioned noteholder's paper was SUPPOSEDLY addressed, does not mean that stock promoter Bobby DeAngelis' fictitious salaries (for notes) do not get purged.

Look at the history and justify for us why REAC is attempting a 4th reverse split in 22 months? I'm listening
