Low risk? Are you kidding me? Wow. As soon as I thought I heard it all.

With a R/S on the horizon, a year filled with diluting and sinking PPS, a balance sheet from hell, lack of communication from management (not mention there lack of insider of buying) how does one seem this low risk?

Just absolute nonsense. And now, most likely, more toxic loans. Not %100, but come on. Even the longs must have some intuition that they are more than likely toxic.
