Actually, I didn't say there was a mountain of shares and I wasn't talking about today in particular.

At least in Norway, there have been some sellers capping the SP. SEB and DNB seems to be the only buyers with some size from time to time, but with a lot of patience. I guess the buyers want to increase their stakes but have no intention of paying more than they have to, effectively keeping the price within a range.
