REVERSE-SPLIT NOT APPROVED! CEO/CFO EXPECTS DELISTING!!! I kept a few hundred shares of this junk to hear their pathetic meeting. Flowers expects delisting because basically they had no other plan to avoid it than the reverse split which shareholders voted against and it appears binding.

Also, Lecrone/Alliacence is jerking PTSC around even more! There was supposed to be an arbitration hearing in May about who owns the infringement warning letters and reverse engineering data vital for licensing but what do you know Alliacense made some counter claims to throw a wrench in the works! Now the hearing is in SEPTEMBER! Anything to drag it out as much as possible to get the appropriately named Cliff Flowers to wilt once again. Lecrone knows his adversary is weak.

Finally! The CEO/CFO expects the appeal to be heard in 3-4 months and a decision in several more months. That takes you to late this year for a decision. Given PTSC complete lack of success in everything they have done and the fact that appeals are almost never won I expect them to lose the appeal. If PTSC somehow wins the appeal I expect Alliacense/Lecrone to never give them the data they need to pursue licensing even if ordered to do so by a court. That info is vital especially since the patent has expired.
Eventually Flowers will wilt and Lecrone knows that so he will wait until that happens to get the best deal for his family. Absolutely no reason to own the stock until maybe later this year as a crap shoot on the appeal. If the appeal is won you better sell the pop as Lecrone will never give you the data to pursue licensing. Also, you will probably still somehow lose the trial as the case gets sent back by the appeals court to the judge that reversed his own positive ruling on your case to kill it and he will look for every other opportunity to kill you case. In my opinion.
