From a poster on Facebook-Edward Mediate- "I don't know who has done their DD on Category One Botanicals but the address listed for them is the same as CannaGrow Holdings in Centennial Colorado and the LLC belongs to Rod Clawson... that's right the same Rod Clawson that works for CannaGrow!!! I smell an acquisition coming.... what a brilliant move. They knew that as a publicly traded company they probably could not get their own license, so now the can quietly acquire Category One as a wholly owned subsidiary. BRILLIANT!!!"
