That is unquestionably the recipe for disaster as far as common stockholders are concerned.

Not sure how there still exists some denial with respect to this...but expensive shares can really have a detrimental affect on reason.

Oh well.

Congrats on that exit btw.

IMHO a pattern is developing here similar to the summer of 2014 when the float went from 48 mil to 216 mil.....isn't the share count going to increase after they vote..... to 950 million........and fyi common shareholders can't vote........ If i read the filing correct.....
