I think the main factor for my contributions here is that we have not been effected by a reverse split, and that the CEO of the company is actually visible and willing to intercept, respond, etc with any inquiry we may have about the company. The fact that this company gets put back into current with the reports, does not really make the company worth any more. Even though it has been 4-5 years that this company has been operating, it is still in the start up position where it needs pretty much every nickel and dime to count, and right now these reports aren't really counting much. Might as well ensure there is a fully operational company with revenue flowing in before they spend it on reports that they cannot afford. Most likely the only way to bring in any kind of substantial revenue is if one, CA gets legalized completely, and two a long with the reclassification of the schedule on MJ. BudGenius has built thus far based on individual DD a recognizable reputation that keeps some investors like myself involved.
