In reviewing his linked in profile. He is an officer/director in a company, then the new company he is involved with buys the old company for millions of shares in the new company. Not sure if that will happen with SHOM, But a good chance we Will all be getting shares of Petrus Resources Corp very soon. Can't tell what the value of that would be at the present time. Dotres is connected to many groups on linked in that are involved with cannabis. Who knows!!!! As a new CEO he has the duty and responsibility to keep the shareholders informed. He definitely is not doing that, which is a breach of his fiduciary duties. Hopefully this works out good.
