Bud. With all due respect. You will not find an 8k without legal required warnings in all of the exact same words. The wording you are referring to is in every pink bb and most small cap stocks 8k IF they even file one which is so often not the case. The only amendment/change to this 8k is financials from the old shell which is required for current filings. Shrk will release thir fins in a 10k. Once a shell is purchased an existing 8k is permitted for a period before becomming out of date in filings. They have done better than many I have seen in amending through this process. These board players will not be part of aome share selling scam you suggest.
