The reason we need information is because Van Damme (VNDM) decided to drop in.

Making B-Action movies is no longer a money making thing so now he has to sell shares to make a living.

If the 8-K mentioned a date further away, I would be less concerned. But it specifically mentioned April 28.

Need an update to cruise into the 0.00s

Otherwise we just get roundhouse-kicked down by Van Damme.
