I happen to believe TALK/UMS has more time than we might know! I saw something else today rather than a "downtrend". I saw buying and a huge amount of interest in the stock. Where it was on the bid or the ask, the interest is huge! Makes for an interesting waiting period for the 8k!

By the way, Laura Anthony is a very intelligent attorney. Very savvy people working for her.
