Buy and sell is determined by where the bid/ask is at time of trade.

It's coded as a buy because it happened at 0.0005 which is where the Ask was.

If the Bid was 0.0003 and the Ask was 0.0006 the 89 Million at 0.0005 would be coded as ? Volume.

A pre-determined buy or sell still involves a buyer and a seller.

A pertinent question could be ... where those 89 Million sold to the public today (that is they were sold short) or where they sold to one buyer (who will later sell)?

Short % today seems low, so the latter seems more possible given the 0.0005 price. But, it could be that someone sold short and negotiated a price now. Seems a little ill-advised if they think the share price will fall, but maybe paying 0.0005 today is better than paying 0.005 in the near-future.

But the fact that the short % was low today also seems strange because technically if you bought shares from Monday and sold today .... you are technically short.

Low short % is indicative of someone holding more than 3 days selling.

This is why I personally believe debtholders did a lot of the selling today.

As I said before, a lot of people are holding hoping the transaction closes.

This creates a great opportunity for debtholders who have converted.

So, personally I want to see the transaction go through because otherwise this play will likely be toast if it doesn't.

Not sure if debtholders selling is good or bad.
