The 8-K makes mention of $41,698 being needed to bring filings current.

89,000,000 times 0.0005 = $44,500

Could today's T-Trade be the company gathering the funds needed to bring filings current?

This would be important as the company needs to pay to bring the filings up to date so that Canteck can be merged into the company.

Possibility that the deal is closed and the company just needs to bring filings up to date for proper merger?
