You both make good points. Yes TMM will owe MEGA MILLIONS IN DAMAGES and this is far more serious than spilt hot coffee so the jury will throw the book at TMM, Cavanaugh and all of them. And yes the TMM shell smells like week old sushi. My guess would be that Panik would only want it to put it out of its misery. A public service if you will.
