8k/a looks as if it was a good clean shell they made the buy on. no real financial baggage. This is a good start to the transparency. Im excited to see this as I was worried about what the fins for ols would look like at the time they closed the books. I am very much now looking forward to the shrk10k as it relates to Smiths statements of being heavily funded. It takes a bunch of cash to do what they have done even prior to going public. There is money here and I suspect Harrington is not attaching his name to anything that is not well backed. We will see what the future holds here. I am getting more interested here with this story.
