Look, BSSP has a great potential, but the 8-K told people what would happen.

The 8-K said the transaction would close April 28th.

This creates a reason to hold the stock.

This means that people will hold expecting good news to happen.

The 8-K also said that essentially zero-costing shares where given to old debtholders.

Those debtholders have shares that cost them nothing while people are willing to hold shares. This means that debtholders will be given a great opportunity to unload.

VNDM represents the debtholders and they decided to cash out while people hold for closing.

This setup happens so often in OTC stocks that it's easy to anticipate what will happen.

Now, will the transaction close tomorrow? I have no idea.

But, I traded knowing that others would hold hoping that they would be rewarded.

Unfortunately, if the company does not announce closing in the morning, more people will be dumping shares.

This is the reality of a triple zero stock with a stated event and a specified day.

If the event doesn't come through ... guess what you own is worth?

Don't get mad at the words I write, you are the one who bought a stock that has three zeroes to the right of the decimal. (0.000)
