Just got off the phone with Fong. The hold up on the 10k is recovering 2013 financials of Brawnstone. FFFC bought the company in 2014. IMO, This seems to be the first year they had to be required to disclose previous year (2013) financials. He said a conservative expectation for the 10k is next week Tuesday.
