If there ever were a time to make ATH's ... is my sentiment. Can't even breach yesterday's high atm which is telling. Perhaps more so, is that they're not raising rates despite the job growth, economics data, which they were head-over-heels for 4 months prior.

What is so detrimental about a quarter point that they're not telling us?

My stop on UVXY is $14.5 - still have skin in the game... for now

Just looks like they're hunting oil/gold stops - one huge, unforgettable, massive non-event, put on repeat until the Nov election.
