Tlsmd, absolutely meant no disrespect in my post, sincere apologies if it did come out that way, had not intention at all. You are a model of respect on this board and I have learned a lot in this process of being a regular poster now. Still have much to learn. My intent I guess was not to bog things down. I thought I did put the link for edgar in there though to make it easier, maybe I messed it up.

I think this will help though to make it easier for any one else who would like to catch up on the last known filings besides the 13g which just states beneficial ownership and old news really.
