That 90 days was for the DD period for the companies and possibly a deadline to execute a contract...not release news pertaining to such events. I'd imagine news should hit very soon regarding that though. Maybe another week or two (hopefully sooner). That's purely speculation though. News could never come too. You never know.

Today is day 89 if I counted correctly.
