DALLAS, March 23 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Keith Houser, CEO of BioTech
Medics, Inc. (OTC Pink Sheets: BTMD) announced today that BioTech Medics, Inc.
has closed on the acquisition of five FHJ Scientific US Letters of Patent and
related foreign patents worth at least $1.25 million. The patents cover the
proprietary SHBAN(TM) compound solution. Scientific evidence and studies by
top medical institutions suggest the unique SHBAN solution may be used in a
variety of ways such as aiding the healing of gingivitis or gum disease, wound
healing, antiseptic nasal spray, sunburn and burn healing, psoriasis, fungal
infections such as athletes foot, eye infections and cuts or abrasions.
"The asset acquisition is a major accomplishment for BTMD and part of our
long-term planning. BTMD was able to acquire the patents, which have over
15 years of research and development, for stock in BTMD," said Mr. Houser.
