I found it. Not yet granted but set for conference May 12th.

We generally see the following Monday if the cert is granted and thus if SCOTUS will hear the case or not. But it can take a bit longer (ie a few weeks to see if granted or not).

Thank you for the heads up, I agree a very important case for all patent holders and very direct implications for us here moreso than Cuozzo in my view which is more like subtle pressure.

Given the Cuozzo orals and line of questioning, and the fact a cert is not distributed for conference unless a justice feels this should be discussed, hopefully we see this move forward. My hope is Chief Justice Roberts see's this as part and parcel of what he was concerned about prior with Cuozzo and the process at the PTAB and was the one who is carrying the ball on this one.

We should know if there is going to be a hell of alot of pressure on the PTAB by late May early June!
