As you stated you can account for 850,000,000 shares which is impossible unless you personally own 850,000,000 shares yourself.

All the talk of kabooms when really it is a stock being pumped and a shell game being ran.

Let's see old management didn't want to disclose information on the previous 8k/10k, SEC wants to know how they account for a number of transactions.

Sounds like any attempt at a merger would be blocked until the financials and SEC were addressed but it looks like TALK won't even do that.
