#2 does what #1 tells him to do. Here is what Phil did on his own:
1.Developed caps and designed awesome logos and packaging
2.Got the caps into 99Cents Only.
3.Generated cash flow with his group.

AND HE's negotiated $500,000 Cash-on-Cash Credit Line.

If he would be working with great #1, he would achieve much more.

I agree, Phil is not a leader, but based of what he has achieved under very difficult conditions, he can be a fabulous #2.

Now it appears he has a GREAT LEADER, and he has an opportunity to DO AN EXCELLENT JOB.
