I highly doubt they will use ASUV ticker. Did enormous DD on reverse mergers. There are couple of scenarios, that I have been kicking around, one would be Klean will reverse merge with a shell and the best viable path for them would be to merge with ASUV. The other would be Direct Offering, which is the cheapest route for them. Either way, it won't be ASUV's ticker, I questioned about the ticker a while back, Grolden and others stated that it will be more like KLEN. But, I could be wrong. I am basing my opinion from the DD's.
