According to my calc, the Series D and F are owned by Officers and Directors and 5G, TBK,TLP, & Laterl Entities---amounting to 65,618,440 of Common Shares---which will convert on RS Day.

Plus the 2.3mil of RS shares---that total will be the OS.

PS---That total (65Mil) plus the current O/S (46Mil) exceeds our current A/S---therfore the RS and request for an increase in the A/S...all makes sense to me---we will have a cleaner Capital Structure and an excess of available common shares for growth.
