I am not arguing that with you---

Upon consummation of the Reverse Split, every twenty shares of the Company's issued and outstanding common stock will be automatically converted into one issued and outstanding share of common stock, with no change in par value per share. As part of the reverse merger agreement dated June 19, 2013, upon effectuation of a reverse split, each one share of the Preferred Series D and F stock will convert into twenty shares of common stock.

I just totally disagree with your analysis of what is holding the PPS down--

Those unconverted shares are already figured into the percentage of ownership of the current common shares---even though they are clouded by the convertible bond---they are still there---they have been there all along---just not in the O/S---as yet.

They will become part of the O/S ,, BUT, they may or may not enter the float--depends on whether the owners want to sell them--

I read in the 8k that the actual O/S will be 56mil and change-
