You are wrong. I literally talk to IR once a week, but you refuse to call her and get the answer.

She says it will be over 60 million common outstanding after the R/S.

All the Preferred Series D and F convert into outstanding common shares. This has nothing to do with authorized shares.

Once again. Call her and get the answer. Are you scared to call IR and find out the truth?
