Craig was very responsive through email. Considering the landscape and nature of their vertically integrated process is proprietary, I believe they are holding a lot close to their belt. I am now under the impression that there is there is more going on behind the scenes than what meets the eye. As Craig stated, the SEC is watching publicly traded 420 companies closely. They don't want to jeopardize Kaya over statements or PR that they can't deliver on... I respect that... Rather than fluff and empty promises that will inevitably on put them and shareholders in a bad position, in the end I believe we will have more of a complete business model rather than puzzle pieces that don't fit.

As I mentioned, as per Craig, the 10-k and statement should be out shortly. That should provide more transparency into what is happening with $KAYS along with answering some questions about the future.
