There has been very little insider buying by management , due to conflict of insider information. Plus not being critical, but they just give themselves shares at will for attending board meetings, so why buy.
I have an idea that this seller or sellers the past few weeks could be some of the convertible debt...that is now cleared to trade.

But this seller has been quite the past few days.

Maybe he wants to see the financials. Then hopefully get a bounce before he sells out.

I always planned on selling when this went over a dollar...my plan has not changed.

The last time I checked over 45 % of all the stock is in the hands of insiders, maybe they think they have enough.
