("Grifco" or the "Company") (Other OTC:GFCI.PK - News) today announced it is expected to launch periodic quarterly financial reporting to align it with SEC reporting requirements for small business issuers. The company's new quarterly reporting is expected to be issued at the end of the first quarter and to coincide with the start of its fiscal year month of July, 2006.
