Northgate Minerals Corp (NXG)

I believe NXG's share price will pull away from AZK's between now and the 19th so as to allow for 30% premium to be there once an offer is made. Still I wouldn't pick up the AZK until close to Oct when playing the premium gamble. I am looking at it 2 ways, one it is a gamble hoping for NXG to make another offer after the 19th and there is no gurantee it will be 30% premium, but on the other hand, though my shares when purchased of AZK will not be large, (25K worth) I can always tender and help my major holding which is NXG. Would still like to see AZK go back down around 2.10.
